Twisting the door, he tried to forced the door open. Ebony pressed her weight against the door. "You and I can work together. That's a good beat. Open the door so we can discuss this face to face." He banged on the door twice. "Watch my back and I watch yours."
"Slithered tiresome garden snake," Ebony said, bulldozing her way out the door. "Stay away from me."
"Where's all that blood coming from," Valerian asked. Obdulio pushed him aside picking up the towels. Ebony dressed.
"Stay away from me for the pleasure I inflicted on you turns to suffering." Ebony found her gun among the bed sheets on the floor, aimed it at Valerian. He back away. She fired the gun at him. The bullet entered his inner thigh.Valerian skipped around the bedroom.
"Ebony, calm down," Obdulio said, holding the gun barrel.
"Walk over there," said Ebony pointing to the corner of the room where Valerian used his shirt to press against his wound.
"I'll kill you," Valerian said.
Obdulio didn't let go. "I've thought you want to snuggle."
"Time to go," Ebony said.
"Issac and I are going to strip Arcadio's place before his stuff is taken into evidence."
"Go ahead," Ebony said. "When I am asked by my superior to find the thieves. I'll arrest Issac and you." She lowered her gun.
"Chose a side." Obdulio propped the door open, glaring at her.
